This special little girl had everything she asked for when Cavender and Co helped her celebrate her fifth birthday with a mermaid theme. Seahorses, shells and a glittery backdrop helped showcase the balloons. The balloon garlands of aqua, purple and pinks, along with the tablescape of everything mermaid, plus FOAM took this party from under the sea to reaching new heights!
